I will prep your meals, store them in your home, and provide instructions for preparing them.

I have over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
This includes over 20 years as an executive chef at Catch 31, Salacia, Rockfish, The Leaping Lizard, Steinhilber’s Thalia Acres Inn, Virginia Wesleyan, University of Mary Washington, & George Mason University.. I was also the Complex chef at HEI Hotels and Resorts in MN.
